How long will it take to receive my order?
Screen printed and embroidered items take approximately 8 working days to produce plus shipping time. We ship these items from our Omaha, Nebraska location UPS Ground Service. See our shipping page to determine the time it will take your order to reach you once it has been shipped. Fundraising items have their own production time, ranging from a few days to a few weeks. Production time is influenced by order volume, so call us to obtain a current production time for any of the items you are interested in.

Can I customize back graphic lettering?
Back graphics 07B-01 through 07B-09 are the only graphics specifically made to be used as back graphics. We can, however, alter most of our other designs to be used as back graphics with the lettering you want. There are setup and screen charges involved with doing this, so please call us at 888-698-9550 to discuss any designs you would like to customize.

Can I add to or subtract lettering from a design?
Yes! Our full front and left chest graphics are completely customizable, so you can alter them any way, shape or form.

What if I receive a defective item?
Occasionally a defective item gets through our quality control measures. You can return the defective item within 10 days of receipt of your order for a refund or replacement. Please call for a return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.

Can I return sizes that don't fit?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns due to misjudgements in sizes. We offer samples for sizing, so if you are unsure about the sizes you need, call us for a random sample.

Will the screen printed graphics wash out or fade?
We use the best quality inks and manufacturing equipment when producing our screen printed apparel. However, there will always be a slight dulling of the print due to a process called fibrilation. When washed and dried, cotton fibers make their way to the surface of the print, giving it a slightly dulled appearance when compared to an unwashed print. This is an unavoidable side effect of printing on fabric.

Why did I receive more/less items than I ordered?
You will always receive exactly the number of apparel items you ordered, maybe even a few more. With fundraising items, it is standard practice in our industry to allow a 5% overrun/underrun margin. You will be billed for the number of fundraising items you receive, and the number of apparel items you order.

Can I pay using a school purchase order?
Yes! We will bill your school for your order as long as we receive the proper signed paperwork authorizing your purchase. We cannot begin processing your order until we receive a purchase order, so please have the PO prepared before ordering so the order is not delayed.

Can I pay through my school activities account?
Yes! We can bill your activities account, but we do require a credit card number when the order is placed. If we have not received payment by the invoice due date, the credit card will be charged for the full amount of the order.

Can I add different styles of shirts together to get to a higher price break?
Yes! As long as the design and ink colors remain the same, you can combine different styles of shirts (i.e. T-shirts and Sweatshirts) to obtain a higher quantity price break.

I need my shirts in four days, is that a problem?
It may not be, depending on our current production schedule. We do have a 15% rush charge for orders that are needed faster than our standard 7-8 working day production time. If we can fit your rush order into our production schedule, we would be more than happy to do it. Additional shipping charges for Second Day or Next Day Air may apply, depending on the part of the country you live in.

Can I order less than 12 pieces?
Unfortunately, due to the time required for prepress work and setup, we do not normally accept orders less than 12 pieces. Occassionally, we will accept less than minimum orders if it is a reorder, but there is a $50 setup charge on these orders.

Can I get a sample to see the quality and to use for sizing?
Absolutely. We can send you a sample for sizing, but our samples are blank and may not be in the color you wish to order. You can use the samples to try on and determine the sizes you need. We require a credit card number when samples are requested. If the items are returned within the specified time, the card will not be charged. If the items are not returned, the card will be charged at the lowest quantity price for the item plus a shipping/handling charge.
